Your stack is leaking
somewhere. This says where.
Twenty things that are true in most sales orgs. Check the ones that are true in yours. You get a ranked breakdown of where the time and money are going, the move that fixes each one, and what not to buy. Takes about three minutes.
> your results are free and no email is required to see them
Be honest rather than generous. Most teams check between six and eleven.
03 / Your breakdown
That is roughly 0 hours per rep per week going somewhere other than selling, across 10 reps. Recovering even half of it is worth $0 a year.
Treat this as the ceiling. Every symptom you checked is counted in full and discounted only inside its own category. A diagnosis built on your real contracts and real hours usually lands lower, and it lands specific enough to defend to whoever approved the spend.
Ranked worst first. Each one gets the move that fixes it and the thing not to do about it.
How this is calculated
Every symptom carries a conservative estimate of hours per rep per week. Checked symptoms are added up inside their category, priced at your loaded rate, and annualized over 46 working weeks, which nets out PTO, holidays, and training.
Loaded rate is OTE x 1.25 / 2000. That is the same convention used in every SalesOS Labs document, so the numbers here and the numbers in a written diagnosis are always comparable.
Symptoms inside a category overlap in the real world, so counting them all at face value would inflate the total. When you check three or more in one category, an overlap discount is applied and shown on that card. The discount only ever moves the number down.
These are estimates built on your judgment, not measurements. They are meant to be good enough to decide whether the real number is worth finding. A written diagnosis replaces every figure here with your actual data.
This was your estimate. The diagnosis is your actual stack.
Thirty minutes on a call and I can replace every guess above with your real tools, your real contracts, and your real hours. What comes back is written: every tool with a keep, consolidate, replace, or build verdict, the three moves worth making, what to cancel, and a 90 day sequence you can hand to whoever gave you the AI mandate.
This page ran on your best guesses. The real one needs three things a screenshot cannot carry: what your contracts actually say, when they renew, and the deadline leadership gave you. That is what the thirty minutes is for.
You keep the document whether or not we ever work together.

Leave your email and I will keep this breakdown on file. When we do talk, I will already have your leaks in front of me instead of asking you to repeat them. No newsletter, no sequence, no automated anything.
